How do I sign in?

Go to the sign-in page and enter the email address you used for your purchase. We send you an email with a button and a 6-digit code. Tap the button, or type the code on the sign-in page. You stay signed in on that device for a year.

The email does not arrive

Please wait two or three minutes and look in your spam or promotions folder. Check that you typed the same email address you used at checkout. If it still does not arrive, write to info@nachtgold.studio.

The code does not work

Each code works for 15 minutes. If you asked for several codes, only the newest one works. You can always request a new one on the sign-in page.

The video stops or looks blurry

The video adjusts its quality to your internet connection. On a slow connection it may look softer for a moment. Reloading the page often helps. Wi-Fi works better than mobile data.

Where are the printables?

On the course page, below the lessons, under Printables. They open as PDF files that you can print at home or at a copy shop.

How long do I have access?

Your access does not expire. You can watch the lessons as often as you like.

If the course is not for you, write to info@nachtgold.studio within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
